[django] Debug False 시 static 처리

django로 간단한 앱을 만든 이후 호스팅에 올리긴 전에 Debug=False를 적용했더니 static에 올라간

css, 이미지가 다 깨지는 사태가 ;;

결국엔 정규식으로 staic을 매핑하고 insecure로 처리
